A livestream class with private session elements that explains the birth chart, breaks down how to read it, and offers the opportunity to test your own understanding of your chart with feedback! 80% of proceeds from the class will go towards supporting vulnerable Black people at this time.

About the event
Together we will retrace history and build community through understanding the roots of astrology while using each other's charts as practice! During this class we will:
- the historical connection between Black people and astrology
- explore theories of what the birth chart is
- describe the 12 signs and their relationship to each other
- explain the 12 houses and how to interpret them in your chart
- attach meaning to the planets and show their rulership
- illustrate ways of adding this knowledge together to interpret placements and charts completely
- discuss the modern relationship between astrology, the astrological community, and the growing popularity of astrology with the Black community.
